Pink Haze

Identification
One of the smallest of the Wingatui dragons, Pink Haze is scarcely larger than a sparrow. Her delicate pink scales seem to borrow their colour from spring blossoms, making her remarkably difficult to spot among flowering cherry trees. Most sightings consist of a brief flutter of movement in the corner of your eye, followed by the certainty that whatever you thought you saw couldn't possibly have been a dragon.

Behavior
Gentle, curious and entirely harmless, Pink Haze has a particular fondness for gardens in spring. Cherry blossom is her favourite, though she is equally enchanted by flowering fruit trees and colourful beds of pansies. She drifts quietly from bloom to bloom, lingering wherever the flowers are at their finest. Unlike some of her more mischievous relatives, she has little interest in causing trouble and seems content simply to enjoy the beauty of the season.

Favorite Hiding Places
Among the blossoms of cherry and apple trees, tucked into flowering shrubs, or nestled quietly amongst clumps of pansies where her colouring makes her almost invisible.

Known Misdemeanors
Occasionally blamed for petals mysteriously falling on perfectly still mornings, though no evidence has ever been gathered to support these accusations. Has also been suspected of encouraging gardeners to buy "just one more flowering plant."

Things to Avoid
Walking beneath blossom trees while staring at your phone. If Pink Haze happens to be nearby, you'll almost certainly miss her. She only reveals herself to those who take the time to stop, look carefully, and appreciate the flowers.
